Individual Therapy Sessions
Everyone suffers occasional from a mental health issues. For example, anxiety, depression or struggles with anger management become problematic and negatively impact daily life and relationships. I am trained to evaluate your individual needs and develop a plan to address your mental health. Every session is a conversation between you and I. We will discuss how you are working towards your goals and the steps you taken to attend your goals. There may be sessions where I assign “homework” by asking you to read an article or to track your habits so that we can discuss it moving forward. The most important part of any session is your willingness to take an active role. Showing up is important but you need to be willing to do the work and make the changes. In Person or Virtual Sessions are available.
Supervision Sessions
- Exploration of counseling techniques, evaluation of clinical skills, application of theories.
- Assistance with licensing paperwork and documentation of clinical hours.
- Review case notes, documentation and treatment plans
- Professional guidance regarding private practice, industry networking, and mentoring.
- Monthly sessions are compromised of 4 individual sessions or 2 individual and 2 group sessions.
- In Person Virtual Sessions are available.
Group Therapy Sessions
The purpose of the group session is to provide a comfortable environment to discuss issues affecting the members mental health. Topics include Men's Mental Health Issues, Anxiety, Depression, Transition to Different Stages of Life.
Groups will:

Groups will:
- Be at least 4 participates and no more than 8 participants.
- Be closed to new participants once a new topic begins.
- Rotate topics on a 6 week schedule.
